Quality policy

Cartagena International School educates bilingual students with the ethical and business values of a leader, running its institutional processes through a quality management system that guides continuous improvement systematically and efficiently, meets the requirements of the school community, and is grounded in our pedagogical model.

Quality objectives

1. Systematically organize every activity that may arise during the school year, taking into account both needs and the laws governing educational services, so as to ensure the organization's continuity over time.

2. Ensure that every organizational process runs optimally, securing the resources required and managing existing resources effectively and efficiently.

3. Educate students to be leaders, entrepreneurs, and self-directed learners grounded in ethical and business values, making effective use of new technologies and of the school's curriculum design and development, based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

4. Foster a healthy and dignified learning environment, making sensible use of spaces and ensuring the wellbeing and satisfaction of Cartagena International School students.

5. Ensure a suitable working environment for the school's various activities, within an excellent quality climate.

6. Implement strategic, core, and support processes effectively and efficiently through the school's quality management system.
