    These are the general steps. Verification and the application form are completed inside the admissions platform.

    Get to know CIS

    Grades by level and age

    For reference only. Final placement may be adjusted based on assessment.

    *When applying for a place in a given grade, the school considers two key factors: the applicant's age and the grade completed the previous year. For Preschool, only age is taken into account. See the age equivalence table below.

    Documents to have on hand

    These documents are uploaded to the admissions platform.

    Student
  • Birth certificate and/or national ID card if the applicant is 10 or older.
  • Vaccination record (Preschool applicants).
  • Digital photo with a white background.
  • Most recent school report from the current or completed school year (for the assessment stage) — not required for Preschool.
  • Certificate of good conduct from the previous school.
  • Clearance certificate from the previous school confirming no outstanding balance.
  • Medical certificate (can be requested online through your health provider).

  • Employment certificates for both parents.
  • Letters stating role and contract type. Self-employed applicants included
  • Cámara de comercio y certificado bancario si son independientes
  • Cédula de ambos padres y/o acudiente
